Job type Fixed‑term contract. Key Responsibilities Compliance & Safety Apply Company and affiliate General Terms and Conditions for material/equipment purchases. Guarantee all safety requirements (testing, certifications, identification) per Company and local standards. Maintain accurate documentation and approvals in line with procedures. Purchasing Operations Manage materials master data and purchase requisitions. Prepare tender packages, organise RFQs, and lead negotiations. Issue contractual documents (POs, RTAs) and monitor PO lifecycle until delivery and payment. Resolve discrepancies and amendments with suppliers and Métier Partners. Strategic & System Management Apply materials management policies and SAP systems. Conduct market analysis and benchmarking to support sourcing decisions. H3SE Compliance Take preventive measures against hazards and ensure alignment with H3SE rules and legislation. Candidate Profile University graduate. Professional experience in purchasing goods and/or services, preferably within the petroleum industry. Strong personal abilities in human relations, problem solving, and planning/organising/coordinating/controlling activities. Fluent in English and Italian.
