Omega Pharma , primaria realtà del settore nutraceutico, specializzata nello sviluppo e nella distribuzione di prodotti dedicati alla salute e al benessere della persona, è alla ricerca di un/una Digital Sales & Marketing Specialist. La figura sarà inserita in un contesto di forte sviluppo dei canali digitali di vendita, con Amazon come canale strategico , affiancato dall’e-commerce proprietario e dalle principali farmacie online. Attività: Gestire in piena autonomia Amazon Seller e/o Vendor, assumendo la responsabilità diretta delle performance commerciali e del P&L Pianificare, attivare e ottimizzare le campagne Amazon Ads, monitorando costantemente ROAS e contribution margin In coordinamento con il team, supportare lo sviluppo e la gestione delle attività commerciali sull’e-commerce diretto e sulle principali farmacie online In collaborazione con le funzioni coinvolte, contribuire alle strategie di pricing, promozioni e assortimento, in una logica pienamente omnicanale In sinergia con il team, analizzare e monitorare i principali KPI di vendita, marginalità e livelli di stock Lavorare a stretto contatto con Marketing, Trade Marketing e Vendite, assicurando l’allineamento delle strategie commerciali Elaborare report strutturati e periodici, a supporto dei processi decisionali della Direzione e del CDA Garantire, in collaborazione con le funzioni competenti, il rispetto della compliance normativa, tipica del settore nutraceutico Chi cerchiamo: Esperienza di 3–5 anni in ambito Digital Sales, E-commerce e Marketplace Esperienza pregressa in contesti regolati, quali nutraceutico, farmaceutico, healthcare o FMCG Esperienza operativa e consolidata su Amazon Seller Central e/o Vendor Central Conoscenza degli strumenti di advertising digitale e analytics , con utilizzo di Amazon Ads, Google Ads e CRM Capacità di gestire il conto economico del canale, con attenzione a marginalità e sostenibilità dei risultati Approccio fortemente data-driven , con spiccato orientamento al raggiungimento dei risultati Sede di lavoro: Cantù, con modalità ibrida. #J-18808-Ljbffr
