We are one of the most important Contract Development and Manufacturing Organization (CDMOs) for anticancer drugs. The fight against cancer is ours too Payroll & Employment Relations Specialist We are currently looking for a Payroll & Employment Relations Specialist that will mainly ensure: Prepare documentation related to employment (hiring, termination etc.) and other types of relationships existing in the company (e.g., internships, collaborations, etc.); Follow attendance and payroll processing activities; Ensure compliance with local laws and regulations; Resolve payroll-related issues promptly and accurately, including answering employee questions, addressing discrepancies, and troubleshooting errors; Stay up to date with changes to country, federal, state, and local payroll laws and regulations; Main Requirements Master’s Degree in Economics / Law / Political Sciences; At least 2‑3 years of experience in complex organizations; Knowledge of local payroll laws and regulations; Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills; Excellent attention to detail; Ability to work independently and as part of a team; If you meet the requirements, apply now.
