A 15th‑century convent turned sophisticated garden retreat, Four Seasons Hotel Milano is a haven in the centre of Milan’s Fashion District. Fall asleep under frescoes in high‑ceilinged rooms, dine on authentic Italian dishes on the airy veranda and recover from a day of shopping and sightseeing with a massage in our sleek, modern Spa. We’re looking for a MANUTENTORE with experience in FÄLEGNAZIONE, DECORI E AFFINI, who will report to the Engineering Manager and be the point of reference for: Responsibilities Execute carpentry work and repair of wooden components and furniture, lighting, doors, boiserie, etc., and any other wood and decorative elements in the hotel. Perform small decoration work on furniture, restoration work, including textiles. Engage in sanding and finishing. Collaborate with the maintenance team to ensure quality and compliance with required standards, also for other non‑carpentry work. Complete assembly of furniture and components. Manage the inventory of stocks and related materials. Coordinate purchases of necessary materials. Qualifications Minimum 3 years of proven experience in carpentry, decorations, finishes, repair of furniture, doors, etc. Experience and knowledge (even minimal) of decor work, finishes, wallpaper, woods, parquet, hardware, etc. Excellent manual skill, precision, and passion for the work. Excellent interpersonal skills, courtesy, integrity and transparency, technical experience, attention to detail and passion for assistance and problem solving. Regular work permit to work in Italy, fluent in Italian and preferably basic English. General experience in the hotel sector is a plus. Attention to safety precautions.
