About The Role
As a Data Quality Analyst you’ll work on interesting responsibilities like supporting the Operations Programs & Innovation department and specifically the Network Quality Team by analyzing and identifying logistic network inefficiencies, managing carriers delays and penalties.
IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:- Ensure compliance with service quality KPIs by monitoring and supporting continuous performance improvement.
- Work together with carriers to reduce the impact of low performances through bonus/malus mechanisms.
- Analyze operational issues by identifying their root causes and proposing corrective actions through daily KPIs monitoring (e.g., on-time performance, incidents).
- Build supplier performance reports in order to create presentations useful to management.
- Support the definition of processes with the aim of identifying best practices and improving performance.
- Work closely with Operations and Program Management teams to improve our quality metrics.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in economics, statistics, engineering, or equivalent work experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Italian and English.
- Proficiency in G-Suite and MS Office (Excel & PowerPoint); essential proficiency in SQL.
- Strong analytical skills to conduct analyses and translate them into actionable insights.
- Proactive, self-starter with excellent organizational skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and adaptive mindset with the ability to learn quickly.
- Strong team player with a collaborative attitude.
