Unser Kunde, ein internationales Unternehmen in der Lichtdesign-Industrie, setzt weltweit Maßstäbe für Design, Funktionalität und Kundenzufriedenheit. Hier kannst du deine Ideen einbringen, Räume im besten Licht erstrahlen lassen und gemeinsam mit einem dynamischen Team internationale Projekte realisieren.
AufgabenDu übernimmst vielseitige und spannende Projekte, bei denen deine Kreativität gefragt ist:
- Projektmanagement für laufende Marketingprojekte
- Erstellung und Koordination von Marketingmaterialien (Broschüren, Präsentationen, Newsletter)
- Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Online- und Offline-Marketingkampagnen
- Planung von Produkteinführungen in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Produktmanagement
- Organisation und Durchführung von Messen und Events (national und international)
- Umsetzung von digitalen und Vor-Ort-Veranstaltungen (in-house und extern)
- Organisation von Foto- und Video-Produktionen
- Pflege und Weiterentwicklung der Unternehmenswebsite und Social-Media-Kanäle
- Analyse und Reporting von Marketingmaßnahmen zur kontinuierlichen Optimierung
- Zusammenarbeit mit externen Agenturen und Dienstleistern
Must Haves:
- 3-5 Jahre Erfahrung im B2B-Marketing, idealerweise in der Industrie
- Hervorragende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
- Erfahrung im Projektmanagement
- Sicherer Umgang mit Content-Management-Systemen, Social-Media-Plattformen, MS Office und Projektmanagement-Tools
- Ausgeprägtes Organisationstalent und Freude am Projektmanagement
- Teamgeist, Engagement und eine Hands-on-Mentalität
- Kreative, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
Nice to Haves:
- Abgeschlossenes Studium in Marketing, BWL oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Italienischkenntnisse
- Erfahrung in der Organisation von Events, Messen und Produkteinführungen
- Kenntnisse in Analysetools und Grafikprogrammen (z. B. Adobe Creative Suite)
