BUILD BEYOND POSSIBLE, WITH ADDITIVE MANUFACTURINGWho We Are Looking For

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting Caracol's success and international expansion by identifying, engaging, and securing top talent across multiple functions and geographies.

You will manage the full recruitment cycle—from defining hiring needs with managers and building sourcing strategies to selecting candidates and supporting offer and onboarding processes. You will also contribute to strengthening our employer brand and enhancing the candidate experience, using data and feedback to fine-tune workflows and increase hiring efficiency.

This role is central to our growth: in the past year alone, our team has doubled in size and expanded across three continents — and we're just getting started. If you're passionate about building teams, improving processes, and driving measurable impact through hiring, we'd love to hear from you.

Responsibilities
  1. End-to-End recruiting & onboarding: Work closely with hiring managers to understand team needs and translate them into clear, actionable hiring plans. Define global sourcing strategies to attract top talent, identify the right candidates, and engage them through personalized outreach. Coordinate onboarding activities to ensure a smooth and welcoming start for every new joiner.
  2. Candidate experience & journey: Ensure every candidate—whether hired or not—has a positive, transparent, and professional experience that reflects Caracol's culture, values, and ambition.
  3. Employer brand: Help strengthen our employer brand through initiatives that tell our story—from events and partnerships to content creation and community engagement.
  4. Recruitment process & insights: Continuously improve our hiring processes by tracking key metrics, streamlining workflows, and supporting scalable, data-driven strategies that adapt to our global growth.
Ideal Background
  • Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field
  • 2–4 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in dynamic, fast-scaling, and international environments
  • Proven track record managing end-to-end recruitment across multiple functions and seniority levels
  • Familiarity with talent attraction dynamics in the US market is a strong plus
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to track and act on recruitment data to improve outcomes
  • Proactive, hands-on attitude and a genuine interest in contributing to a people-first, high-performance culture
  • Fluent in both English and Italian
