Il nostro cliente è un'azienda leader nella progettazione, produzione e assistenza di tecnologie all'avanguardia, tra cui sistemi di alimentazione, climatizzazione e soluzioni per la gestione delle infrastrutture.
Per un potenziamento del proprio organico, ricerchiamo un profilo da inserire nel team elettrico con il ruolo di Thermodynamic engineer.
Responsabilità :
In particolare, si occuperà di :
- Gestire lo sviluppo di nuovi prodotti R&D nel settore del raffreddamento dei data center per clienti globali di alto profilo e ben noti nel settore dei data center.
- Lavorare in un team di ingegneria multidisciplinare su prodotti globali, concentrandosi su prestazioni elevate, design economico e innovazione leader di mercato.
- Condurre la progettazione di nuovi prodotti o la reingegnerizzazione di quelli esistenti, collaborando con Marketing, Acquisti e Ingegneria Industriale, tenendo conto delle esigenze del cliente.
- Approvare e revisionare la documentazione del prodotto (disegni CAD, specifiche, distinte base).
- Raggiungere gli obiettivi di costi, qualità, ambiente e tempi di esecuzione, ottenendo il miglior compromesso tra le esigenze del mercato e del cliente interno.
- Analizzare e risolvere problemi tecnici riguardanti i prodotti sotto la propria responsabilità.
- Disponibilità a viaggiare su richiesta tra la sede centrale in Italia e una struttura di produzione in Slovacchia.
- Un buon livello di esperienza nel settore HVAC con particolare conoscenza della termodinamica e della refrigerazione.
- Laurea triennale in Ingegneria Meccanica / Energetica.
- Almeno 3-5 anni di esperienza lavorativa precedente su progetti simili, idealmente nel settore HVAC / chiller.
- Buona conoscenza dei principi di termodinamica e refrigerazione.
- Buona conoscenza dell'inglese sia scritto che parlato.
- È richiesto un alto livello di motivazione combinato con capacità di leadership.
- Conoscenza delle normative e degli standard tecnici.
- Completano il profilo un orientamento ai risultati, lavoro di squadra, attenzione ai dettagli, flessibilità.
