Let’s Talk about the Role

The Senior Project Manager will serve as the primary representative for our customers, managing complex aftermarket projects through their entire lifecycle to ensure contract, cost, quality, and safety goals are achieved.

You will own the execution of sophisticated Conversions, Modifications, and Upgrades (CM&Us) for industrial gas and steam turbine equipment. In this role, you will lead cross-functional teams across engineering, procurement, and logistics to integrate complex solutions, while managing customer relationships and ensuring the successful delivery of critical energy infrastructure.

How You Will Make a Difference

• Driving project execution strategy by coordinating cross-functional teams to meet strict milestones, contract deliverables, and financial margins.
• Leading the end-to-end customer relationship, serving as the primary point of contact to resolve issues and ensure project success.
• Managing complex project financials, including forecasting, margin analysis, and invoicing to ensure profitability and accuracy.
• Creating and maintaining robust project schedules, ensuring that every phase—from engineering to field execution is tracked and optimized.
• Collaborating with stakeholders across the organization to proactively identify and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle.
• Developing and implementing lean management strategies to reduce waste and improve project execution efficiency.
• Fostering continuous improvement by capturing lessons learned and applying best practices to future project cycles.

Special Role Requirements

• Able to travel extensively to and from projects and various field assignments.
• Willing to work holidays, weekends and overtime as required by field assignments.
• Ability to spend considerable time away from home for training and field assignments.

Skills for Success

You should be a strategic leader who thrives in complex, technical environments, with:

• The ability to lead turnkey, large-scale service projects within the power generation sector.
• The capability to manage cross-functional and international teams with a focus on collaborative problem-solving.
• An understanding of complex contract terms, commercial agreements, and project-based financial management.
• An expertise in project management methodologies, such as PMP or equivalent professional training.
• A keen interest in applying lean tools and innovative engineering solutions to drive operational excellence.

A formal education and subsequent University Bachelor or Master’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related technical field are nice to have, but we are most interested in your total experience and professional achievements.
