At Bo Growth, we are supporting an industrial company in Nova Milanese in the search for an Administration & Accounting Specialist.

We are looking for someone with solid experience in italian accounting and administration who is interested in joining a close-knit and dynamic environment, with the opportunity to gain a broad understanding of the business and take on a wide range of responsibilities within the department.

This is not a purely administrative role. We are looking for someone with sound judgement, autonomy and analytical skills who can become a trusted member of the team.

What will your role involve?

You will join the Administration & Finance team, working closely with the department manager and providing support across accounting, administration and reporting activities.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Managing accounting entries and records.
  • Reviewing and reconciling accounting accounts.
  • Managing and monitoring payments and collections.
  • Reviewing bank transactions and ensuring accurate accounting records.
  • Supporting monthly and annual closing activities.
  • Preparing reports and financial analyses.
  • Monitoring costs and analysing variances against budget and forecast.
  • Supporting inventory valuation activities and reviewing warehouse movements.
  • Preparing documentation for external advisors, auditors and other external partners.
  • Supporting the improvement and optimisation of administrative and accounting processes.
  • Collaborating with other departments depending on business needs.

What are we looking for?

  • Min. 3 to 5 years of previous experience in Administration and Accounting roles.
  • Knowledge of general italian accounting.
  • Experience working independently across accounting and administrative tasks.
  • Good command of Excel.
  • Ability to speak english or spanish (the interview will be conducted in english or spanish),
  • Experience working with ERP or business management systems.
  • Analytical, organised and detail-oriented profile.
  • Practical, proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to adapt to different responsibilities and work effectively in a small or medium-sized business environment.

A university degree is not essential if you have the relevant experience and technical knowledge required for the role.

It would be especially valuable if you have:

  • Previous experience in an industrial environment.
  • Knowledge of WH processes and inventory valuation.
  • Experience working in a small or medium-sized company.

  • Working hours from Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m
