Della Calza SPA & Foresteria in Florence is seeking a Front Desk Agent to join the Front Office team. You will be the first point of contact for guests, handling check-in and check-out, managing reservations and assisting guests throughout their stay.
The ideal candidate has English at least B2, and French and/or German at B2 level or higher; a third language is a plus. Strong communication, teamwork and ability to work under pressure are essential for delivering service excellence.
