International customer and supplier assistance
Support for the purchasing team in all relevant activities
Order processing and monitoring of the flow of goods
Preparation, entering and administration of article and supplier data in the system
Delivery process planning
Planning and tracking of various packaging lines
Contact with various service providers

The proposed starting salary is €30,000 gross per annum (full-time) – with a willingness to offer a higher salary depending on professional experience and qualifications – in accordance with the Collective Agreement for the Retail Sector (CNEL Code: H011) for the Province of Bolzano

High-school certificate or degree, or initial working experience with focus on commerce
Independent, precise and structured working method
Customer-oriented thinking and acting
Open personality with good communication skills
Good knowledge of MS Office
Fluent in written and spoken German, English and Italian
