We are looking for an ICT Infrastructure Services Manager to join our ICT team in Bolton Group based in Italy, Milan.

How you make the difference

The role's main responsibilities will be driving the successful delivery of IT projects, managing key suppliers, and ensuring exceptional service levels.

How your agenda looks like:

  1. Lead and manage the delivery of multiple IT infrastructure projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to a high standard.
  2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key infrastructure vendors and service providers, managing contracts and SLAs (Service Level Agreements) to achieve optimal performance.
  3. Implement and oversee IT service management processes, ensuring seamless service delivery to internal stakeholders.
  4. Define, track, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness and efficiency of IT infrastructure operations.
  5. Champion and drive technical innovation within the infrastructure environment, exploring and implementing new technologies to optimize efficiency and security.
  6. Work collaboratively with the cyber security team to assess vulnerabilities, develop remediation plans, and ensure their successful implementation.
  7. Support the company's multi-cloud migration journey with particular focus on Microsoft 365 and Azure environment.

What makes you a great fit:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
  2. About 5 years of experience in IT infrastructure project management or a similar role.
  3. Proven track record of successfully delivering complex IT projects on time and within budget.
  4. Strong understanding of IT service management frameworks (ITIL preferred).
  5. Strong knowledge of one or more of the following platforms: Microsoft 365 and MS operating systems, Unix/Linux.
  6. Experience in Identity Management and system integrations.
  7. Experience in managing vendors and service providers.
  8. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
  9. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  10. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with concurrent priorities.
