Barilla invites applications for a 6-month internship in Global Process & Bakery Technology Development, based at the Parma Rubbiano Bakery Plant. The role centers on installing, calibrating, and validating advanced inline sensors to monitor key process and product parameters on bakery lines.
You will work with Production, Quality, Maintenance, R&D, and Supply Chain teams, collecting data, performing basic statistics, and supporting coating-material trials for baking trays.
