TAX SPECIALIST

If you are interested in the field of Tax and you would like to work in a young and dynamic company, this is your opportunity As Tax Specialist you will support the tax manager in ensuring that all Italian Entities adhere to the Italian tax law and all payments to tax authorities are executed in time and on full.

WHAT WILL WE DO TOGETHER

You will support the tax manager in the following activities:

• Answer all corporate queries regarding taxes.
• Prepare defensive documentation for any major tax related subject
• Management of tax audits & ensure timely payment and correct of VAT on a monthly basis
• In accordance with the tax calendar or agreed ad hoc activities, he prepares and delivers documentation to consultants in coordination with the line manager, especially during the preparation of monthly VAT returns, the annual CIT return and withholding tax
• Active monitoring of recharge, especially the inter-company. Collection of necessary supporting documentation.
• Preparation of documentation for the transfer pricing study
• Active participation in the creation of the management defense files
• Preparation of the necessary documentation in the process of the external and internal audit process
• Setting the process and maintenance of the tax control framework

ARE YOU THE MISSING INGREDIENT WE'RE LOOKING FOR?

• You have a University Degree preferably in Economics , finance or related field.
• You have a specialization in accounting and tax
• Midterm specific work experience required (3 years and higher)
• You are highly proficient in both written and spoken English
• You have MS-Office and SAP skills
• Open and communicative personality and high customer - & service orientation
• Diligence and accuracy, as well as independent and hands-on approach to work

WHERE WILL YOU WORK

Sesto San Giovanni (MI), with the possibility to work remotely 12 days a month
