We are looking for a scientifically driven and experienced Medical Science Liaison (MSL) to join our Medical Affairs team in Italy, with responsibility for the Centre-South territory. Reporting to the Global Head of Medical Affairs, with a dotted line to the General Manager, Southern Europe, you will translate global Medical Affairs strategy into high-quality field execution, delivering objective, non-promotional scientific engagement with healthcare professionals and other relevant external stakeholders.
The role has a primary focus on oncology and oncology supportive care, including priority pre-launch, launch and post-launch assets, with particular relevance to gynaecological oncology. You will also contribute to Italian access and launch readiness, working with relevant internal teams to support scientific understanding of AIFA evaluation processes, regional and hospital access decisions, and the needs of patients and healthcare professionals. This is a hands-on, field-based role for someone who combines strong scientific credibility with sound judgement, autonomy and the ability to collaborate effectively across a growing international speciality pharmaceutical business.

- Maintain deep and current expertise in oncology and oncology supportive care, including relevant tumour types, standards of care, biomarkers, diagnostics, clinical guidelines, patient pathways and emerging evidence.
- Support pre-launch, launch and post-launch Medical Affairs activities for priority assets in Italy, delivering agreed field activities and contributing to scientific and access readiness.
- Support scientific readiness for AIFA, regional and hospital access processes by providing accurate interpretation of clinical evidence, unmet medical need, patient pathways and treatment impact within agreed cross-functional responsibilities.
- Develop relationships with relevant national and regional scientific experts, societies, and cooperative groups, including organisations such as AIOM and MITO, as relevant to the Medical Affairs plan.
- Identify opportunities for evidence generation, including real-world evidence, registries, investigator-initiated research, Phase IV or other post-authorisation studies and appropriate scientific collaborations.
- Support Clinical Development and Medical Affairs research activities, including investigator and site identification, feasibility assessments, recruitment insights and communication of approved study results.
