Alliance of Bioversity International & CIAT is seeking a Job Trainee in Perugia, Italy for an 11-month assignment to support cacao bean processing and lab activities. Based in Perugia, you will assist with sample processing, cleaning, roasting, and production of cacao products under the supervision of the Cacao of Excellence Manager.
Essential duties include lab hygiene, procurement support, and helping organize visits and events.
