The Job

• Support the Payroll Lead in daily payroll activities, including hires, terminations, transformations, UNILAV processing, payroll changes, time and attendance system updates, absence management, and payroll controls in cooperation with the external provider, ADP.
• Perform end-to-end payroll controls to ensure payroll accuracy, compliance, and timely processing.
• Manage pension fund information and related payroll administration activities.
• Oversee garnishments management in line with local legal and payroll requirements.
• Verify monthly F24 and UNIEMENS submissions for completeness and accuracy.
• Prepare payroll payments and a variety of payroll-related reports.
• Collaborate closely with the internal payroll team to ensure smooth and efficient payroll operations.
• Resolve payroll issues and respond to questions raised by employees and internal stakeholders in a timely and professional manner.
• Support year-end payroll activities, including CU, 770, audits, and payroll-related projects.

The Person

• Relevant experience and a solid understanding of Italian payroll processes and practices.
• Fluency in both Italian and English, with the ability to work effectively in a multinational environment.
• Strong Excel skills, including VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables.
• The ability to work remotely, learn quickly, and manage multiple priorities effectively.
• A collaborative mindset and strong team-player attitude.
• Knowledge of the ADP Celergo payroll platform is considered an advantage.
• Knowledge of CCNL Metalmeccanica Industria is considered a plus.

Salary Scale

Salary Range: €25.500,00 - €30.000,00 This is the lowest to highest salary range we would pay at the time of this posting. The salary offered in the range may vary depending on multiple factors including job level, geographic location, job related knowledge, skills, qualifications and experience. The salary range listed in this job posting reflects the range for the primary location specified. The salary range may vary for other locations.
