John Cabot University, a regionally accredited American university in Rome, seeks an Executive Assistant to the Office of the Vice President of Academics who, in addition to the role of supporting the Vice President including the management and administration of institutional activities and programs within the Office, will also coordinate the High School Outreach Programs. As Coordinator for the High School Outreach Programs this person will liaise between key internal and external stakeholders (i.e. university faculty, staff, students, alumni, Italian high school administrators, teachers, students, and other external institutions).
This is a full-time (38 hours/week), fully on-site, 12-month term contract with the possibility of renewal. The gross annual salary for this position ranges from €24,500 to €28,000, depending on the candidate’s qualifications and relevant experience.
