Absa Mauritius invites applications for a Client Care and Service Hub Advisor. The role oversees day-to-day operations of the hub, handling inbound and outbound interactions with Retail, Business Banking, CIB and Wealth customers through a defined service catalogue, reporting to the Hub Supervisor.
You will work on a 24/7 shift system (9 hours per shift) including weekends and public holidays, following scripts, SOPs, and QA standards.
