Position: Senior Project Engineer

As part of our growth, we are seeking a Senior Project Engineer for our Italian office.

Requirements and Responsibilities

This role requires strong knowledge of mechanical design, project coordination, and management to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and within scope. Responsibilities include overseeing all project aspects, setting deadlines, assigning responsibilities, monitoring progress, and preparing status reports for upper management.

Key Duties
  • Manage and plan daily design activities for a team of engineers and designers working on mechanical, hydraulics/pneumatic, and electrical/control systems.
  • Support the commercial team with budgeting related to design, construction, assembly, and testing activities.
  • Review design and procedural documents with engineers and designers.
  • Address and resolve unexpected issues during project execution.
Experience

The candidate must be proficient in complex CAD modeling, FEM analysis, and capable of supervising these tasks. A strong understanding of mechanical/structural engineering and the design process is essential.

Additional Requirements
  • Permanent European work VISA.
  • Master's Degree in Engineering.
  • Working knowledge of English.
  • Availability for international assignments.
Work Details

Location: Italy with potential international travel.

Schedule: Full-time.
