The Role

Independently perform the electrical commissioning of machines and support mechanical commissioning activities, managing the entire testing process.
Implement software modifications in compliance with company procedures, in collaboration with the Electrical Engineering Department.
Communicate efficiently with the various departments involved regarding the progress of commissioning activities and business trips.
Independently manage the internal testing phase in preparation for FAT, carrying out the required tests, contributing to the management of any non-conformities, and supporting their resolution.
Coordinate and perform installation, testing, training, and SAT activities at customer sites.
Build and maintain customer relationships, representing the company professionally and ensuring a high level of service quality.
Manage on-site activities during business trips, including supervising third-party personnel when required.

Experience & Skills

Technical diploma or training in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.
Previous experience in a similar role within industrial automation environments.
Availability for frequent national and international travel.
Good knowledge of the English language.

Compensation Package

The starting gross annual salary will be €33,500, under the Italian Metalworking Industry Collective Labour Agreement (CCNL Metalmeccanica Industria), with the possibility of increases based on the candidate’s experience and skills, in accordance with objective and gender-neutral criteria.
