Let’s Talk about the Role

The Aero Alliance Industrialization Program Manager will lead the execution of new repair capabilities and industrialization projects to optimize product performance and turnaround times.

You will act as the primary bridge between engineering teams, repair shops, and external suppliers, building business cases and managing the lifecycle of industrialization activities. Your focus will be on driving cost-out initiatives and technological advancements that enhance the value and efficiency of our aeroderivative gas turbine repair network.

How You Will Make a Difference

  • Driving, developing and executing the industrialization of new technologies and repair qualification projects to improve product outcomes.
  • Leading cross-functional coordination between engineering, sourcing, quality, and repair shops to ensure project requirements are met.
  • Developing and maintaining comprehensive industrialization metrics, reporting, and pacing activities.
  • Partnering with Cost-Out-Team to create robust business cases to support additional repair capabilities and secure financial validation.
  • Improving turnaround times for repairs by identifying supply chain bottlenecks of Aeroderivative technology and implementing effective action plans.
  • Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to scout and partner with repair vendors.

  • An understanding of the aeroderivative gas turbine repair landscape.
  • An expertise in navigating internal management systems to streamline industrialization planning.
  • A keen interest in driving continuous improvement and customer-centric performance.

A formal education and a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science, Business, or a related field are nice to have, but we are most interested in your total experience and professional achievements within service engineering or product management functions.

This is a permanent position based in Carrara (Avenza plant). We have a hybrid working model which gives you flexibility to work from our offices and from home.
