For the winter season, we are looking for a Sales Associate to join our Courmayeur boutique. We are looking for someone dynamic, hands‑on and genuinely motivated to do things well, someone who enjoys the Fusalp universe, likes being with clients and brings positive energy to the team.

At Fusalp, everyone contributes to every aspect of boutique life. Whatever your role, you remain close to our clients and actively involved in the day‑to‑day operations of the store, from selling and clienteling to stock, deliveries, visual merchandising and boutique organisation. For our Courmayeur boutique, we are looking for a Sales Advisor to join our team for the winter season.

More than a sales role, this is an opportunity to become part of the Fusalp experience: welcoming an international clientele, sharing our French heritage and technical expertise, and bringing our vision of elegant, high‑performance alpine living to life.

Located in one of the Alps’ most iconic destinations, the Courmayeur boutique attracts a diverse international clientele throughout the winter season. You will work in a dynamic and welcoming team, in an environment where service, product expertise and team spirit are at the heart of the experience.

Your role:

• Welcome and advise local and international clients with warmth, energy and authenticity.
• Create a personalised and memorable experience by understanding each client's needs, style and expectations.
• Develop client relationships and contribute to the boutique's sales performance, KPIs and clienteling activities.
• Bring the Fusalp universe to life by sharing our heritage, craftsmanship, technical expertise and alpine identity.
• Develop a strong knowledge of our collections and confidently present Fusalp's iconic and signature pieces.
• Be proactive on the sales floor and contribute to the energy, atmosphere and performance of the boutique.
• Ensure an impeccable level of presentation and visual merchandising, in line with Fusalp's premium standards.
• Contribute to the smooth running of the boutique, including stock management, deliveries, replenishment, inventories, cash handling and general organisation.
• Work closely with the team to create a positive, supportive and high‑performing environment.

We are looking for someone who wants to be part of the Fusalp experience, not simply work in a boutique.

You are curious, energetic, reliable and genuinely interested in people. You enjoy working as part of a team and are ready to contribute wherever needed.

Winter in Courmayeur is fast‑paced and highly international. You will have the opportunity to interact daily with clients from different cultures and backgrounds, while developing your expertise in premium retail, client experience and technical apparel.

Must‑have:

• At least 1 year of customer‑facing experience, ideally in premium retail, fashion, hospitality or another service‑oriented environment.
• A genuine interest in sales, customer experience and building long‑term client relationships.
• Energy, initiative and a hands‑on attitude.
• Reliability, attention to detail and a commitment to high standards.
• Fluent Italian and English.
• Availability for the full winter season, including weekends, public holidays and peak trading periods.

Nice to have:

• Previous experience in premium or luxury retail.
• French or another language suited to an international clientele.
• Experience with clienteling, CRM or retail KPIs.
• An interest in Fusalp, fashion, skiing, the mountains and technical apparel.
