Drive business development and contract closure in theAnaerobic Digestion market.
Manage the full sales cycle, including technical/commercial proposals and contract negotiations.
Build andmaintainstrong relationships with customers, partners, and key stakeholders.
Analysemarket trends and competitors toidentifyopportunities and manage risks.
Leadcross-functional proposal teams to deliver competitive and high-quality offers.
Proven experience(min. 5 years)in sales or proposal management withinmiddle andlarge-scale plant projectsin Italy andEurope.
Solid understanding of technical processes inthebiogas and biomethane market.
Strong negotiation skills and sound knowledge of commercial and contractual frameworks.
Demonstrated leadership with the ability to guide teams and support decision-making.
Fluent inEnglish and Italian;additionallanguages are an advantage

Compensation
Basic wage component (gross):59000 EUR/year
This amount is our minimal offered salary. Compensation is determined based on your level, skills, experience and qualifications.
