Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Quality Assurance testing in live network with end user perspective: Conduct field tests on new mobile devices (smartphones, tablets, wearables, etc.) to ensure proper operation once launched on the market.
  • Software (SW) testing: Test Cases (TC) to deeply check basic functions operation, Interoperability Testing (IOT) with all network Operators and SIM Card manufacturers, Compatibility testing with Samsung and 3rd party devices and systems, Performance testing (audio/video quality, call success, drop, throughput, on-the-road scenarios), use case current consumption, validation of network-specific features (5G, LTE, RCS), B2B and B2C key application testing.
  • Collaborate with other test members and R&D to ensure proper solutions are implemented and checked, considering market impact.
  • Manage assigned projects, coordinate with European teams, and provide reports.
  • Investigate VOCs in cooperation with Service Division and R&D.
  • Contribute to process and procedure improvements across countries and Europe.
  • Define, discuss, and evaluate testing tool specifications; implement their adoption.
  • Stay updated on new mobile technologies and validate voice-activated AI features.
  • Support Mobile Operators' self-certification testing: SW tests, field, and lab performance tests.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Educational Background: Engineering Master with Telecommunication or IT specialization, or other STEM degrees (preferred), or secondary STEM school degree.
  • Computer Knowledge: Programming and automation software skills are a plus.
  • Technical Knowledge: Mobile Networks, OS, and Applications preferred.
  • Language: Good written and spoken English.
  • Travel: 20-30% required.
