A few examples of your responsibilities
  • Oversee group tax planning and ensure full compliance with all relevant tax laws, including transfer pricing, VAT, and other local taxes.
  • Coordinate tax due diligence with external advisors in the context of acquisitions, ensuring transactions are structured in a tax-efficient manner.
  • Calculate tax liabilities, coordinate with advisors in the preparation and filing of tax returns, and manage tax aspects related to personnel, including equity incentive plans, welfare programs, and fringe benefits.
  • Conduct tax due diligence for acquisitions, optimizing deal structures for efficiency and compliance.
  • Stay updated on tax legislation changes, identify tax-saving opportunities (such as patent box and R&D credits), and maintain effective communication with tax authorities and advisors.

You can also receive some of your pay in company equity at a discounted price, thus participating in the value creation we achieve together. If relocating to Italy, you may enjoy a 50% tax cut.
