Air and Care Franchise
Within the three Business Units ( Discover more here ), Air and Care Franchises are responsible forthe development and implementation of theTherapeutic Area Strategies. Each Franchise is organized by stage of development with fully empowered and enhanced teams of:Pipeline Development Team - focused on delivering innovation and programs leadership accountabilities in close collaboration with R&D,Commercial Portfolio Management Team - focused on maximizing the benefit for the patients and the full potential of marketed / close-to-launch assets, including Life Cycle Management strategies.
Air and Care Franchises are also supported by the Medical Affairs, Value & Access, and Business Excellence & Customer Experience Global functions.

Within these departments, you will actively support the Air and Care Franchises businesses. Theseunits are responsible forthe development and implementation of theTherapeutic Area Strategies. Each Franchise is organized by stage of development with fully empowered and enhanced teams of:Pipeline Development and Commercial Portfolio Management.

This is what you will do
Support the Global Transplant team in the operational execution of key activities, ensuring coordination of projects, meetings, materials, budget follow-up and external collaboration.
The intern will work in close functional collaboration with the Global Transplant Commercial Lead on global transplant activities, and in coordination with the Executive Assistant CARE Franchise.
- Support the organization and follow-up of Global Transplant meetings (agenda, materials, minutes, tracking of actions).
- Support preparation of major congress activities, including coordination of materials and internal stakeholders (e.g. ESOT Congress 2027)
- Prepare and format presentations and templates (e.g. Global Transplant Plans, SCOC presentations, working documents).
- Maintain and update project trackers, timelines and action plans.
- Support budget follow-up (tracking, updates, coordination with stakeholders).
- Contribute to preparation and coordination of partnership activities with external stakeholders (materials, meetings, follow-up).
- Assist in coordination of cross-functional inputs (Medical, Communications, Health Equity, etc.).
- Ensure consistency, structure and quality of documents and working materials.
- Support consolidation and quality check of affiliate inputs and deliverables.
You will need to have
- Master’s student or recent graduate (Business, Life Sciences, Healthcare, Management or related).
- Very good PowerPoint and Excel skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and ensure rigorous follow-up.
- Detail-oriented, reliable and structured.
- Proactive, hands-on mindset.
