Responsibilities

• Understand complex computer systems and cybersecurity terminology.
• Determine testing requirements, including systems to test and methodologies.
• Plan and develop penetration testing methods, scripts, and tests.
• Simulate security breaches to evaluate system security.
• Create reports with findings, security issues, and risk assessments.
• Advise on mitigation strategies to reduce security risks.
• Present findings, risks, and recommendations to management and stakeholders.
• Assess the business impact of simulated attacks.
• Understand potential effects of security flaws on business functions.

Skills, Experience, and Qualifications

• Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent, with distinction.
• Knowledge of IT security issues, management systems (e.g., ISO 27001), and data protection.
• 2-5 years of experience in information security and IT risk management.
• Strong knowledge of current IT risks, security implementations, and software systems.
• Excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in English and Italian.
