Construction Technician

The candidate will handle the operational and technical management of construction sites, supporting the technical department and site manager in work execution, material supervision and quality assurance.

Responsibility

• Supervision of the proper execution of construction site work, ensuring compliance with plans and technical specifications.
• Verification of the quality of materials and construction workmanship, ensuring compliance with current regulations.
• Collaboration with the technical office to resolve operational issues and manage changes during construction.
• Management of relationships with companies and subcontractors involved in the project.
• Monitoring construction site safety and regulations, ensuring that required standards are met.

Requirements

• Technical diploma (surveyor, building surveyor) or three-year degree in Civil Engineering.
• Direct experience on construction sites, with good knowledge of building practices and construction processes.
• Problem-solving skills and timely and efficient project management.
• Knowledge of workplace safety regulations and construction site management.
