Key Responsibilities
ICS Milan è alla ricerca di uno/a Marketing& Admissions Intern da inserire nel proprio team per supportare leattività di marketing, recruitment e sviluppo partnership sul territorioitaliano.
- Supportare ilteam Marketing & Admissions nelle attività di promozione e recruitment.
- Identificare econtattare potenziali aziende per lo sviluppo di partnership e convenzioni alivello nazionale.
- Gestireattività di outreach verso scuole feeder e altri stakeholder strategici intutta Italia.
- Effettuarechiamate di presentazione, follow-up e presa appuntamenti.
- Supportarel'organizzazione di eventi, open day e iniziative di marketing.
- Aggiornaredatabase, CRM e report commerciali.
Candidate Profile
- Laurea o percorsouniversitario in Marketing, Comunicazione, Economia, Business Administration odiscipline affini.
- Ottimaconoscenza della lingua inglese, sia scritta che parlata.
- Spiccatecapacità comunicative e relazionali.
- Attitudine alcontatto telefonico e alla creazione di nuove relazioni professionali.
- Approccioproattivo, organizzato e orientato ai risultati.
- Buonaconoscenza del pacchetto Office e degli strumenti digitali.Strong understanding of curriculum development, assessment, student progress monitoring and school improvement processes.
- Excellent leadership, coaching and mentoring skills.
- Ability to analyse academic data and implement effective improvement strategies.
- Outstanding organisational, communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent English; additional languages are an advantage.
