Fitter Apprentice: Paid Training

Tpa Group in Italy offers a Fitter Apprentice position as the front door to the lift industry. After a kick-off theoretical training, you’ll work alongside an experienced Foreman Fitter, helping with fitting operations within planned missions.

This paid training period can last from a few months to about a year, depending on attitude, the mission, and the type of installed lifts. It provides the chance to develop practical skills and grow into a Foreman Fitter.
