Position: Global Key Account Manager/Customer Relations Manager – Italy
We are actively seeking Italian candidates who are fully willing to relocate to Istanbul, Turkey.
We are looking for a strategic Global Key Account Manager to lead and elevate our partnerships with consulates, diplomatic missions, and key strategic partners in Italy and other international markets for one of our top client.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for large-scale corporate clients, diplomatic missions, and consulates in Italy.
- Cross-Border Operations: Bridge client expectations with internal operations across Turkey, Italy, and international markets.
- Service Quality & Retention: Monitor service delivery standards, lead business reviews, and maintain high customer satisfaction and trust.
- Business Growth: Identify new development opportunities with existing strategic clients and professionally represent the organization on international platforms.
What We Are Looking For
- Must be located in or ready to relocate to Istanbul, Turkey.
- Proven track record in Key Account Management, Business Development, International Relations, or managing diplomatic accounts.
- Advanced/Fluent Italian & English (capable of conducting professional meetings, correspondence, and presentations in both languages).
- Deep understanding of Italian business culture and cross-cultural communication dynamics.
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally as required.
- Target Backgrounds: We welcome candidates with experience as Visa Application Center (VAC) Operations Managers, former diplomats, Foreign Ministry (MFA) personnel, or Consular Officers with diplomatic network exposure in Turkey or Italy.
