As Head of IT Operations, you will lead global IT infrastructure and services to ensure reliability, security, and scalability. You will manage cross‑regional teams and strategic technology partners, driving continuous service improvement and operational excellence. You’ll align IT operations with strategic objectives while shaping a modern, resilient enterprise IT environment. - Manage hybrid on‑premise, private cloud, and public cloud environments
- Oversee networking, cloud services, endpoint management, identity, and cybersecurity operations
- Drive service improvement and operational excellence
- Establish Incident, Problem, Change, and Service Management processes
- Support Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery initiatives
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align IT operations with strategic objectives
- Proven leadership in IT Operations, Infrastructure Management, or Service Delivery
- Experience managing technical teams and external providers
- Strong background in enterprise IT and operational governance
- Experience with ITIL-based service management
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
