SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER - IMPIANTI DI FILTRAZIONE, Milan

Per un'importante realtà italiana specializzata nella progettazione, produzione ed installazione e messa in servizio di soluzioni all'avanguardia per la filtrazione dell'aria e trattamento fumi, siamo alla ricerca di una figura di Senior Project Manager.

La figura di Senior Project Manager risponderà direttamente all'Operation Group Manager e si occuperà di gestire la commessa in ogni suo aspetto, a partire dalla fase di definizione contrattuale fino alla consegna in operazione dell'impianto.

  • Apertura e pianificazione del progetto (stesura/revisione della baseline e del management plan)
  • Monitoring and controlling durante fase di esecuzione
  • Chiusura del progetto
  • Gestione rischi e Claims
  • Stake holders' management, in particolare del cliente e dei partner principali (site contractors o partner tecnologici)
  • Gestione del team di progetto sia in Italia che delocalizzato in altre B.U.s; coordinamento delle B.U.s coinvolte sul progetto
  • Garantire la qualità documentale ed esecutiva richiesta dal progetto e dagli standard aziendali
  • Rispetto della baseline di progetto (scopo, tempi e costi, etc.)
  • Rendicontazione regolare dell' avanzamento progetto, con particolare focus alla gestione costi (EAC) e al cash flow di progetto
  • Supervisione e coordinamento della logistica di progetto sia interna che vs cliente/sito
  • Supervisione e coordinamento, ove applicabile, delle attività di cantiere, con l'ausilio di consulenti locali e site managers.
  • Supervisione e coordinamento con ufficio amministrativo

Si richiedono:

  • Esperienza di almeno 5 anni maturata presso realtà impiantistiche
  • A carattere preferenziale, background tecnico di Project Engineer o legato alla gestione di cantiere
  • A carattere preferenziale, certificazioni di PM a livello italiano e internazionale
  • Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese
  • Disponibilità a trasferte Italia e soprattutto estero sia presso uffici che officine o sito/cantiere

Orientamento al risultato, doti di problem solving, e ottime doti comunicative ed organizzative.

Sede di lavoro: provincia Nord di Milano.
