Guided by the culture “the calling”, rosewood rome seeks a night manager to ensure smooth night operations of the front office and bell‑man team, delivering a seamless luxury guest experience.
Key responsibilities
- supervise and lead the night front office team, ensuring efficient overnight operations
- train, coach and develop night staff
- manage late arrivals, early departures and special guest requests after housekeeping and room service close
- coordinate with concierge, housekeeping, food & beverage, spa and valet to guarantee a seamless guest experience
- monitor reservations, financial reports and night‑audit procedures; oversee billing and credit limits
- maintain accurate guest records in the property management system
- track kpis and propose continuous‑improvement initiatives
- ensure compliance with internal procedures, safety regulations and quality standards
- work closely with security to guarantee guest and employee safety throughout the night
- keep front office and back‑office areas clean, organized and secure
- support sustainability initiatives and promote environmental best practices
- participate in recruitment, selection and performance development of guest services associates
- monitor punctuality, appearance and grooming standards of all associates
- contribute to upselling goals in collaboration with revenue and sales teams
Qualifications
- qualifications3‑5 years supervisory experience in rooms operations, preferably in 5‑star luxury hotels
- strong leadership, guest‑service mindset and organizational skills
- fluent in english and italian (spoken and written)
- bachelor’s degree in hotel management or business (preferred)
salary range: €29,000 – €33,000 gross per year.
