Randstad Digital, the division of the Randstad group specialized in the research, selection, and training of ICT profiles, is presenting an exciting new career opportunity. We are looking for an experienced professional to join an important international client based in Frascati (RM), a key player in the aerospace sector, to strengthen their Cyber Security Operations team.

Location: Frascati (RM), with a flexible hybrid working model.

We offer: A fixed-term contract with the perspective of long-term placement.

Gross annual salary (RAL) of €50,000 - €60,000.

Working hours: Full-time.

Responsibilities

What will you be responsible for?

As a Cyber Security Specialist, you will be a key member of the Cybersecurity Operations team, working in close synergy with the SOC for the proactive and reactive management of security threats. Your main activities will include:

Managing security incidents comprehensively: from initial analysis and triage to the containment and eradication of threats;
Utilizing advanced SIEM and EDR tools for the analysis of security data and events;
Executing threat hunting campaigns to identify persistent threats not detected by standard systems;
Contributing actively to the Cyber Threat Intelligence lifecycle;
Providing operational support for security activities, including managing the Security Awareness program and simulated phishing campaigns;
Maintaining accurate documentation of every intervention phase through corporate ticketing systems.

Skills & Requirements

Do you possess these requirements?

Professional qualification (EQF level 5) in Cyber Security Operations;
Senior experience of at least 5 years in a technical security operations role;
Deep knowledge of hacking methodologies (DDoS, brute force, spoofing) and malware analysis;
Solid knowledge of network security, operating system hardening, and risk management frameworks (ISO 27000);
Possession of or willingness to obtain the National Security Clearance (NOS);
IT security certifications (preferably SANS or OSCP);
Be fluent in spoken and written English (C1 level);
Strong organizational skills, aptitude for teamwork, and availability for travel.
