Consumable Operator

Position Summary

We are looking for a candidate to join our team as a Consumable Operator on a fixed-term contract.

The Consumable Operator will participate to the daily manufacturing activities required to achieve production targets, ensuring the planning of production, as well as maintaining a high level of productivity and quality. Work with customs agents, warehouse staff, quality team.

Duties

• Ensuring that health and safety guidelines are followed, and new idea proposed;
• Acting to be compliant with all the health and safety company procedures
• Observing process, procedures and policies in order to achieve company goals
• Following written instruction of the letter
• Routinely conducting machines and or manually operations to achieve the expected production.
• Be responsible for the cleaning and maintenance of equipment
• Maintaining data logs which include time, weights, temperatures, pressure, all legibly and timely
• Obverse the bulk production processes and assure on time bulk manufacturing and with good quality
• Manage the warehouse dedicated to the raw materials approved by quality control;
• Continuous improvement approach

Education Degree

• High School Diploma or GED

Required Experience

• Moderate level of knowledge of handling, and safety characteristics of routinely used raw materials and finished goods.
• Understanding of Production Planning and Execution
• Understanding of Chemistry production
• Chemical handling experience preferred related manufacturing experience.
• Computer proficiency in MS office (Word, Excel) required and e-mail communication.
• Kitting manufacturing expirience
• Ability to work with others in a respectful manner and as a member of the team
• Working with the team to achieve all goals set forth in the department
• Knowledge of production, processes and activities

Compensation

• Salary Range: 26.567€ - 29.000€
