Housekeeping Attendant

To strengthen our Housekeeping team, we are looking for a meticulous, reliable and detail-oriented Housekeeping Attendant (m/f/d) who, with a passion for perfection and the highest quality standards, helps create an exceptional home away from home for our guests.

Your Tasks

• Clean and maintain our exclusive luxury suites according to the highest quality standards
• Prepare suites for guest arrivals and departures
• Ensure the impeccable presentation of living areas, bedrooms, wellness areas and outdoor spaces
• Prepare and check special suite features such as outdoor bathtubs, fireplaces, daybeds and wellness setups
• Provide Turn-Down Service to create a special evening atmosphere
• Prepare and maintain areas for In-Room Dining experiences
• Replenish and check high-quality amenities and guest supplies
• Handle premium materials, textiles and furnishings with the utmost care
• Report any technical or quality-related issues
• Comply with our hygiene, quality and safety standards
• Work closely with the Gouvernante, Vice Gouvernante and all operational departments

Your Profile

• Previous experience in Housekeeping or upscale hospitality is an advantage
• Meticulous and reliable working style
• Strong quality awareness and attention to detail
• Passion for creating exceptional guest experiences through your work
• Responsible handling of high-quality materials
• Team spirit and flexibilityWell-groomed appearance and positive attitude
• Motivation and enthusiasm for working in an exclusive environment
• Very good command of Italian; German or English is an advantage
