Overview

Our client is seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Project Controller to join their team based in Europe. This role involves monitoring and managing the financial aspects of real estate development projects, ensuring financial efficiency and accountability throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop, maintain, and update project budgets.
  2. Monitor project expenditures and analyze variances.
  3. Communicate issues and resolutions promptly.
  4. Produce financial reports, including variance analysis and forecasts.
  5. Manage project management reports and perform reconciliations.
  6. Conduct financial assessments and risk analyses.
  7. Prepare financial reports for stakeholders.
  8. Review financial statements and liaise with auditors.
  9. Support debt underwriting and financing models.
  10. Manage project funding and monitor compliance with debt covenants.
  11. Process contracts, change orders, and invoices accurately.
  12. Ensure contract compliance and proper documentation.
  13. Coordinate reconciliations with accounting teams.
  14. Collaborate with project teams to ensure transparency.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
  2. Experience in cost control, financial analysis, or accounting, preferably in real estate.
  3. Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  4. Proficiency with financial management software and MS Office.
  5. Attention to detail and accuracy.
  6. Knowledge of real estate development processes is a plus.

The salary range is up to €80,000, depending on experience.
