Dynatrace is seeking a Legal Counsel aligned to the Commercial Contracts team, supporting Italy and UK Sales. You will draft, review and negotiate software licenses, DPAs, NDAs, and partner agreements with Sales, Finance and Operations.
You will respond to internal legal requests, improve standard agreements, and provide practical guidance to the business while balancing commercial goals. Italian fluency and in-house tech experience are valued.
