Sto Gran Tour è una Travel Boom Factory, un laboratorio nel quale la combinazione tra creatività, viaggi e contenuti multimediali, dà vita ad una formula di turismo innovativo. Nasce dall'iniziativa di Gabriele Saluci, viaggiatore e regista televisivo italiano di RAI 3, ed è oggi un team dinamico composto da una giovane ed esperta squadra.

Sto Gran Tour organizza per i propri clienti viaggi di gruppo self drive in oltre 45 destinazioni nel mondo, gestendo internamente e totalmente sia la logistica che lo sviluppo del prodotto, oltre alla sua promozione, per garantire ai suoi viaggiatori esperienze uniche e curate in ogni dettaglio.

Chi stiamo cercando?

Stiamo cercando una persona organizzata e dinamica per guidare le operazioni quotidiane dei diversi Tour Operator. In questo ruolo, la figura sarà responsabile di coordinare il team di booking, mantenere i rapporti con i fornitori e garantire che la logistica dei nostri prodotti funzioni al meglio. Si occuperà anche della strategia di vendita e della pianificazione delle offerte sul mercato. Il tutto in una location da sogno: Fuerteventura nelle isole Canarie

Nello specifico, le attività includono:

  • Pianificazione e gestione logistica dei viaggi;
  • Coordinamento team operativo Booking;
  • Calendarizzazione stagionale dei prodotti;
  • Gestione delle relazioni con i fornitori e controllo di fatturazione;
  • Reportistica, analisi e pianificazione;
  • Supervisione dei prodotti in vendita;
  • Supervisione e gestione allotment e rilasci;
  • Gestione emergenze.

Quali sono i requisiti di base?

  • Titolo di studio: Laurea preferibilmente in ambito Turistico, minimo ciclo triennale;
  • Esperienza pregressa in Tour Operator;
  • Ottima conoscenza di Excel/ software gestionale;
  • Inglese livello minimo B2;
  • Padronanza di Google Sheets per la gestione e l'analisi dei dati finanziari.
  • Contratto a tempo indeterminato con contratto spagnolo;
  • Retribuzione tra i 29.000€ - 35.000€;
  • Eventi aziendali e viaggi esperienziali;
  • Voucher di 500€ annuali per viaggi da/per il paese d'origine;
  • Ambiente di lavoro stimolante e multiculturale;
  • Supporto nel trasferimento e gestione burocratica;
  • Alloggio per i primi 2 mesi a partire dalla settimana precedente all'inizio del contratto.
