Responsibilities:

  • Manage channel KPIs according to company goals and targets
  • Develop the deepest understanding of key customer needs, through the definition of Customer Journey map
  • Strengthen and expand the relationships with existing customers
  • Facilitate KKAA sales through a comprehensive sell out plan (Analyze, Explain, Engage and Act)
  • Ensure the correct products and services are delivered to customers in a timely manner
  • Act as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams
  • Share regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using internal and key account metrics
  • Leverage CRM capabilities to increase business opportunities and maximize the effectiveness of sales and marketing activities
  • Participation and Management Trade show, fairs and customer events
  • Collecting competitors catalogues, samples and pricing in coordination with merchandising dept.
  • Check credit limit and unpayment reports in coordination with credit dept.
  • Spend time on the field (min. 50%) including international trips

Skills & Experiences:

  • Master Degree in Economics and/or Sales Strategy;
  • Proven experience as KKAAMgr/Sales Mgr, min. 2-3 years, with preferable experience in Safety business or in an international environment
  • Microsoft office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM proficient (SalesForce.com)
  • Experience in sales and providing solutions based on customer needs
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels;
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills;
  • Ability in problem-solving and negotiation;
  • Organized and able to manage priority;
  • Fluent in Italian, English and French;
  • Fourth foreign language is considered a plus.
