We are looking for a skilled Junior Automotive Engineer to join a technically exciting program.

Transform technical drawings and schematics into functional prototypes.
Design, assemble, and verify electrical wiring harnesses for automotive applications.
Install ECUs, sensors, and electronic components on prototype vehicles and test benches.
Configure and update electronic systems according to technical specifications.
Support validation activities and laboratory testing for new automotive projects.
Use diagnostic tools to identify and troubleshoot electrical, electronic, and mechanical issues.
Be involved in innovative projects focused on the future of mobility.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams developing cutting-edge solutions for future mobility.

Your Skills That Will Help Us Get Ahead

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electronics Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related engineering field.
Experience in prototyping workshops, motorsport environments or R&D laboratories within the automotive and/or industrial automation sectors.
Programming skills as a plus (C C++ Python)
Good ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and electrical schematics.
Hands-on experience in precision electrical wiring and connector crimping.
Experience using diagnostic and measurement equipment (e.g., multimeters, oscilloscopes, data acquisition systems), as well as electrical and electronic laboratory tools (e.g., soldering irons, crimping tools, milling machines).
Proactive attitude, strong problem-solving skills, clear communication abilities, and the capability to work independently.
Team-oriented mindset, flexibility, and a strong sense of responsibility.
Basic knowledge of automotive electrical systems and certification for working on electric vehicles (e.g., PES/PAV qualification) will be considered a plus.
Good knowledge of Italian and English, both written and spoken.

Total compensation:

Contract type:Permanent contract
Gross annual salary (RAL):€25.000 – €32.000(determined on the basis of objective, neutral, and verifiable criteria)
Smart working:individual remote working agreements
Working hours:Full-time (40 hours per week) with flexibility
