Commscope is seeking an experienced Maintenance Engineer to lead preventive maintenance, optimize spares, and drive upgrades in a fiber optics manufacturing environment based in Goa. You will manage maintenance activities, mentor technicians, and implement RCAs/FMEAs to reduce downtime and improve OEE.
The role demands strong leadership, SAP Maintenance knowledge, and familiarity with SolidWorks or AutoCAD.
