The Baker Hughes Internship is designed to enable students either pursuing aBachelors’ or Masters’degree or recently graduated to gain hands-on work experience as the foundation of their professional lives. Our internships will give you first-hand insights into the processes, systems, and practices that are aligned to ensure customer needs are met through flawless execution and the application of leading-edge technology.
Partner with the best
You’llparticipatein focusedtraining, andteam meetings, work on projects, and present your results. During your internship, you will be supported by abuddyand your manager who will ensure you havea valuablelearning experience. You can expect to receive coaching and mentoring to enable you to complete assignments and projects to develop your learning and skillset.

As an Intern, you will be responsible for:
- Completing internal projects to deliver customer outcomes andidentifybusiness improvements
- Learning internal software toassistwith the completion of projects and tasks
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams and interns to interact and network with global business leaders
- Applying Health, Safety, and Environment (HS&E) standards and procedures in all situations to ensure compliance is maintained
- Managing requests for quotations (RFQs) supporting Engineering and commercial teams, particularly in connection with new product development and introduction
- Identifying and evaluating new or alternative suppliers to strengthen product strategy, technology development, and vendor competitiveness
- Supporting new vendors engagement by reviewing and coordinating contract execution activities, and facilitating communication between them and Engineering
- Assisting the team with planning activities, data collection, analysis, and reporting, and contributing to team projects as needed
Fuel your passion
To be successful in this role you will:
- Be currently enrolled or recently graduatedina Bachelors’ or Masters’ level degree preferably in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or Finance
- Havemaintaineda GPA grade greater than or equal to 3.0 out of 4.0 or the equivalent in your country
- Be fluent in oral and written English and have effective communication skills
- Be proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Be high-energy and self-motivated
- Have strong oral and written communication skills in English and Italian
- Possess a valid EU work permit
- Be able to legally work in the country that you are applying in, without company sponsorship or time restriction

The fixed allowance for this position will be between this range: 600 - 1000 € gross monthly.
The allowance will be established in accordance with criteria related to the candidate’s academic status and their distance from the workplace.
