Il nostro cliente è una storica realtà produttiva che opera da più di 50 anni nella produzione su commessa di impianti industriali per il mondo delle costruzioni edili. Per una integrazione dell'organico, siamo alla ricerca di una figura he operi come Engineering Coordinator.

Il tuo nuovo ruolo

La figura, a diretto riporto del COO, sarà responsabile della conduzione tecnica dei progetti e degli adempimenti di carattere tecnico e organizzativo necessari per la realizzazione dei lavori da eseguire.

Nello specifico, si occuperà di:

  • Configurare la bozza di impianto ai fini di una preventivazione allineata alle strategie commerciali e di mercato, aggiornando le nuove releases coerentemente con il fabbisogno iniziale del cliente e monitorando eventuali scostamenti tecnici in concerto con il PM;
  • Organizzare le attività operative tra i 2 dipartimenti in gestione in modo da rilasciare elaborati che siano conformi ai requisiti tecnici del contratto;
  • Gestire l'impatto delle scelte tecniche in funzione dei costi e dei budget a disposizione
  • Pianificare, all'arrivo di ogni nuovo contratto, la timeline dei progetti, organizzando il lavoro in relazione ai progetti in corso ed ai team di lavoro
  • Lavorare in un'ottica di continuos improvement e talent development attivandosi in prima persona per la creazione di una rinnovata cultura organizzativa di collaborazione e interscambio
  • Collaborare con le altre funzioni aziendali, (commerciale, supply chain, la produzione e PM) assicurandosi che gli interscambi abbiano un flusso comunicativo tracciato, chiaro e puntuale.

Di cosa hai bisogno per aver successo

Il candidato ideale ha conseguito una Laurea in Ingegneria Meccanica e ha maturato una precedente esperienza come responsabile tecnico in ambito metalmeccanico in aziende operanti su commessa (Engineering to Order, ETO).

Completano il profilo una spiccata conoscenza del modello di project management e dei suoi principali strumenti di gestione, oltre a una buona conoscenza della lingua inglese visti gli interessi internazionali del nostro cliente.
