Investment Analyst – Italy

As an Investment Analyst in Milan, you will source, evaluate, and execute logistics real estate opportunities across Italy, supporting acquisitions and developments. You will perform in-depth financial analysis and market research, while coordinating with internal teams and external advisers. You’ll contribute to investment materials and help steer portfolio monitoring and asset strategy in a growing European platform. • Perform detailed financial analysis, underwriting, and cash flow modelling
• Conduct market research, comparable analysis, and site-level due diligence

• Support negotiations and prepare internal investment documentation

• Proven track record in logistics/industrial real estate investment within Italy
• Advanced financial modelling and analytical skills

• Fluent Italian (native or bilingual) and professional English
• Extensive real estate investment experience in Italy (7+ years)
