Selezione Project ManagerStiamo cercando tre Project Manager con solida esperienza nella gestione di progetti tecnici, desiderosi di contribuire in un'azienda dinamica, in crescita e orientata all'innovazione.
Come Project Manager Senior, guiderai progetti complessi in ambito ingegneristico, assumendo piena responsabilità su tempi, costi, qualità e soddisfazione del cliente. Sarai un punto di riferimento per i team interni e gli stakeholder esterni, contribuendo al successo e allo sviluppo dei processi aziendali.
Responsabilità:- Interfacciarsi con tutti gli stakeholder, sia interni (team di progetto) che esterni (clienti finali).
- Collaborare con le funzioni aziendali coinvolte nello sviluppo del progetto.
- Garantire il rispetto dei requisiti contrattuali e mantenere una comunicazione costante tra cliente e sede centrale.
- Gestire le relazioni con i clienti, dalla call di benvenuto alla conclusione del contratto.
- Redigere briefing e strategie digitali personalizzate in collaborazione con il team di specialisti.
- Pianificare i progetti, presentare strategie, attività e report.
- Supervisionare e coordinare i team coinvolti, monitorando le scadenze.
- Controllare i risultati finali del progetto e aggiornare gli stakeholder sui progressi.
- Supportare i membri del team di progetto nei compiti assegnati.
- Gestire margini e budget, con controllo dei costi.
- Laurea in Ingegneria Meccanica, Meccatronica, Automazione o Gestionale.
- Esperienza nel reparto tecnico o tecnico-commerciale di aziende nei settori dell'ingegneria meccanica o dell'automazione industriale (packaging, automazione, robotica).
- Ottima conoscenza di AUTOCAD 2D (preferibile TOP LAYOUT) e buona di software CAD 3D (SolidWorks).
- Buona padronanza della lingua inglese, sia scritta che parlata.
