We are looking for an experienced Palantir Foundry & AIP Engineer to join our team and work at the intersection of Data Engineering, Artificial Intelligence and business transformation. This is not just a traditional Data Engineering role. You will design and deliver AI-powered workflows, intelligent agents and applications leveraging the full Palantir Foundry ecosystem and Artificial Intelligence Platform (AIP).

What you'll do

• Design and build scalable data pipelines, transformations and applications within Palantir Foundry.
• Develop and deploy AI-powered use cases, including copilots, retrieval workflows and decision-support agents.
• Build intelligent workflows using RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), vector search, embeddings and Ontology content.
• Apply Ontology-Augmented Generation (OAG) to support operational decision-making.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate complex business challenges into scalable technical solutions.
• Work alongside senior engineers on agent design, instructions, testing and evaluation using AIP native capabilities.
• Drive end-to-end delivery, from requirements gathering to production deployment.
• Support business users in adopting Foundry and AIP solutions.
• Ensure high standards of data quality, governance and responsible AI.

What we're looking for

• 8+ years of experience in IT and Data.
• 5+ years of experience as a Data Engineer or Data Platform Engineer.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with the Palantir Foundry ecosystem, including data integration, Ontology, pipelines and applications.
• 1+ year of practical experience with Palantir AIP, including AI-powered workflows, copilots, RAG or agent-based applications.
• Strong knowledge of Python, PySpark, SQL and Data Modelling.
• Experience connecting AI solutions with enterprise data sources, vector search and Ontology-based architectures.
• Ability to work independently and engage directly with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ownership mindset.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with AIP Agent Studio, including agents, instructions, tools and testing.
• Experience with AIP Evals and evaluation-driven AI development.
• Knowledge of APIs, MCP and cloud integration patterns.
• Background in Consulting, Applied AI or Machine Learning.
• Previous experience working in Abu Dhabi or the wider MENA region.
